We are developing an advanced autonomous AI customer-service system that understands customer inquiries, triggers actions in connected systems, and supports operations across multiple countries. To expand our team, we are looking for a skilled AI Agent Architect / Prompt Engineer who will work on-site with our engineering and operations teams.
responsibilities :
Design and optimize AI agents that classify customer messages and choose the correct actions
Create system prompts, reasoning rules, and structured multi-step workflows
Build agent logic using tool-calling or function-calling across different LLM platforms
Collaborate with developers integrating agents into ERP, and internal services
requirements-expected :
Experience with modern LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar)
Strong skills in prompt engineering and structured agent workflows
Understanding of multi-agent orchestration or tool-based LLM systems
Experience in customer service or e-commerce is helpful but not required
Willingness to work on-site with the team
Highly motivated people with less experience are welcome to apply
