AI Agent Architect / Prompt Engineer

We are developing an advanced autonomous AI customer-service system that understands customer inquiries, triggers actions in connected systems, and supports operations across multiple countries. To expand our team, we are looking for a skilled AI Agent Architect / Prompt Engineer who will work on-site with our engineering and operations teams.

• Design and optimize AI agents that classify customer messages and choose the correct actions
• Create system prompts, reasoning rules, and structured multi-step workflows
• Build agent logic using tool-calling or function-calling across different LLM platforms
• Collaborate with developers integrating agents into ERP, and internal services
