Our dynamically growing team is looking for an experienced scrum master to help us deliver a new cloud-based product and its new features. The product is XDR‑enabling module within an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solution that protects our enterprise customers against malware attacks.

Possible locations are Bratislava (hybrid) and Krakow (hybrid).
responsibilities :
You will be responsible for the in-team and cross-team facilitations and a coordination of plannings together with our Project Management/Release Train Engineers, supporting teams and improving our programs/ARTs performance
You will have 3-4 (feature-/micro-) teams to manage, located in Krakow and Brno. Regular business trips are to be expected.
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of experience in Agile/Scrum/SAFe or similar management frameworks.
English at a very good level.
Soft-skills suitable for the role (influential servant leader, mentor/coach, (conflict) navigator).
