What you will bring

  • Experience in driving agile delivery, reporting through Jira, enabling delivery transparency.
  • Commitment to genuine Agile principles, ensuring that Scrum practices are truly effective and not just followed superficially.
  • Broad knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP, with demonstrated implementation experience.
  • A positive and constructive attitude towards setbacks, with examples of a pragmatic and outcome-driven approach.
  • A proven track record of identifying opportunities and taking the initiative to drive change.
  • Comfortable working solo and collaborating as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
