Description:

We are seeking a motivated Agile Delivery Manager to join our innovative AI Console (AIC) team, a part of 10Clouds. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building AI Automation Software and shaping the future of AI consulting. Youll collaborate with top professionals, support AI analysts on high-profile projects, and oversee the full delivery lifecycle of AI agents for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Portfolio Management: Oversee up to 6 projects simultaneously, each with a dedicated AI Consultant.
• Pre-Project to Feasibility Transition: Moderate communication and ensure alignment during the transition phase in accordance with AgilePM standards.
• Handover Management: Facilitate the smooth transfer of deliverables to clients, ensuring timely and complete artifact delivery.
• Resource Allocation: Proactively allocate resources for upcoming projects in the pipeline.
• Backlog and Pipeline Management: Balance production backlogs with sales opportunities to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Change Management:
• Internally: Define and implement new processes.
• Externally: Manage and track client change requests.
• Participation in AI Console Planning: Engage in planning sessions to align on strategy and goals.
• Incident and Bug Handling: Ensure timely resolution of bugs and incidents, minimizing project disruptions.

Requirements – What You Bring to the Table

Skills:

• Strong workshop facilitation capabilities.
• Expertise in identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and translating them into actionable backlogs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to address both business and technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Theoretical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with the AgilePM Project Management Cycle.
• Understanding of Change Management Frameworks (e.g., McKinsey’s 7S, Bridge’s Model, Lewin’s Model, Kotter’s Model).
• Knowledge of Requirements Engineering per IREB standards.
• Ability to measure delivery success using metrics such as:
• Number of completed deliverables.
• First Attempt Delivery Rate.
• On-Time Delivery.

Experience:

• Conducting discovery and scoping sessions.
• Managing feature backlogs based on client needs and sales pipelines.
• Working within agile and dynamic environments, especially in tech or AI-related fields.
