• Assess current organizational / delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices
• Develop, continuously check and leverage metrics of agility maturity and effectiveness
• Develop with internal Partners collaboration focused on agile delivery of business value
• Develop internal / external communication, improving transparency
• Promote continuous improvement culture
• Support visualization, simplification & orchestration of dependencies between the teams
• Collaborate with Agile Coaches from other Global Delivery Hubs
• Support existing and initiate necessary Agile communities
• Organize required Agile trainings and workshops

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master or RTE in complex set-ups with multiple teams working on one product
• Knowledge on Lean and Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, LeSS or other scaling frameworks)
• Possessing strong intercultural competence, a global mindset, and excellent communication skills
• Experience of working in a virtual environment, including international collaboration
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Excellent English (min. B2)

• Lean management knowledge
• Agile certification (PSM, PSPO, PSD)
• Jira/Confluence/GitHub/GitLab/TestRail
• ITIL, ITSM
