Job Details



Role: Agile Business Analyst



Mode: B2B Contract



Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid 2/3 days per week onsite)



Requirements

1. Ideally 5+ years of experience as an IT business analyst in the financial industry, with additional experience in technical roles as an advantage.
2. Understanding of investment banking products, PnL, Market and Credit Risk.
3. Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle, with experience in working in an agile project and using collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
4. Solid understanding of complex IT systems landscape: experience in defining interfaces and messaging protocols would be an advantage.
5. Advanced SQL & Excel skills.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills.
7. Experience in managing projects that span change across multiple systems and teams.
8. Experience within Conduct or Regulatory would be an advantage.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with all levels within the organization.
10. Multitasking and Time Management Skills.
