Do you want to be part of Ignitis Group Polska? We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Sales division of Ignitis Polska, where you’ll be responsible for Agents activities. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

Responsibilities

  • Tracking, reporting and taking responsibility on Agents performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and other key indicators.
  • Actively developing the Agent’s channel including working in the field.
  • Preparing detailed financial reports related to Agents activities, including monthly margin reconciliations and profitability analysis.
  • Leading negotiations of terms and contracts with Agents, and monitoring their implementation.
  • Managing and resolving operational and strategic issues related to Agents activities as well as maintaining relationships with existing Agents.
  • Organizing regular training and development programs for Agents to ensure they are well-prepared to meet business objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards, including maintaining documentation and conducting compliance audits.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of energy markets.
  • Experience in managing external sales channels.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Communication, negotiation, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Driving licence (Category B).

Salary: PLN 10,000.00 – PLN 30,000.00 (est.)
