We are seeking a strategic and technically accomplished Agentic Architect to lead the design and deployment of AgenticAI-powered architectures across the Hire to Retire Lifecycle (HRL), Quote to Revenue (Q2R), and Recruit to Contract (REC) blueprint domains. This role is central to enabling autonomous, intelligent systems that drive talent agility, commercial velocity, and operational excellence.

Your missions
Blueprint-Aligned Architecture
- Architect and operationalize AgenticAI frameworks aligned with HRL, Q2R, and REC transformation goals
- Design scalable, modular agentic systems that integrate with HCM, CRM, and contract lifecycle platforms
- Collaborate with blueprint owners, product teams, and engineering to ensure blueprint fidelity and architectural robustness
AgenticAI Design & Deployment
- Lead the development of multi-agent systems for autonomous talent onboarding, quote configuration, and contract orchestration
- Utilize platforms such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layersto build intelligent agent networks
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, explainability, and enterprise risk frameworks
Innovation & Enablement
- Drive innovation in agentic workflows across talent lifecycle, revenue generation, and contract management
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and accelerate blueprint adoption
- Mentor architects and engineering teams on agentic design principles, reusable patterns, and best practices
We're looking for candidates with:
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, AI systems design, or digital transformation
- Deep expertise in AgenticAI, LLM orchestration, and autonomous agent frameworks
- Proven experience architecting solutions across HRL, Q2R, and REC domains
- Strong understanding of blueprint methodologies, especially BP_IPO frameworks
- Proficiency in cloud-native architectures, API ecosystems, and AI/ML stacks
Preferred skills:
- Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAgents, or CrewAI
- Certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, Zachman) or AI/ML
- Exposure to digital twin modeling, agent simulation, or AI safety frameworks
