About the Process Innovation Lab

We help clients reinvent processes using big data, state‑of‑the‑art digital tools, functional expertise, and artificial intelligence. From 4 people in 2021 to nearly 30 now, the lab delivers client success and supports continuous professional growth.

The Work

As a successful candidate, you will advise clients on implementing GenAI frameworks such as Accenture AI Refinery, crewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, AWS Bedrock Agents, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will gather business context, ensure successful delivery, present tangible benefits, and contribute to internal team projects aligned with strategic goals.

Work is mostly remote, with travel to client locations across Europe as needed. We balance flexibility with in‑person collaboration, learning, and relationship building.

What You’ll Need

• Experience redesigning processes for GenAI and Agentic AI transformation
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship building
• Effective storytelling in English (PowerPoint and oral)
• Proactive ownership and responsibility for project goals
• Experience communicating with business stakeholders (requirements gathering, troubleshooting, results presentation)
• Attention to detail
• Experience using GenAI/Agentic AI deployment tools (crewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, AWS Bedrock Agents, Microsoft Copilot Studio, etc.)

Bonus Points If You Are And Have

• At least 1 year of professional services/consulting experience
• In‑depth knowledge of a process area (e.g., P2P or O2C)
