Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland

Oversee the daily operations of the spare parts department, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize spare parts inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and resolve any issues related to procurement.
Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, including tracking usage, reordering, and replenishment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, operations, and after-sales service center, to ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
Monitor and analyze spare parts usage trends to forecast future needs and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and development.
Prepare and present regular reports on spare parts inventory, usage, and costs to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in spare parts operations and management.
Experience in after‑Sales spare parts operations is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of spare parts operation management.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
