Your Mission

Ensure customer satisfaction after purchasing аудитл products by providing a positive experience, resolving issues promptly, and gathering feedback to improve service quality.

What You’ll Do

• Handle complaints and find solutions
• Manage spare parts sales and process orders in SAP
• Coordinate reporting with HQ
• Support external service providers
• Organize post‑warranty repairs

What We’re Looking For

• Polish C1/C2 (native or near‑native level)
• Basic technical knowledge (manual and power tools)
• SAP experience (desirable)
