About the Role

• Lead on-site delivery of ESS projects: installation guidance, commissioning, and acceptance.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance; diagnose and resolve system faults.
• Support customers on-site, provide technical consultation, and collect feedback.
• Coordinate with internal R&D and commercial teams to solve technical issues and optimize solutions.
• Prepare delivery and service documentation; report work progress regularly.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe, able to travel regionally.
• 5+ years ESS commissioning/O&M experience; strong electrical fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with PCS and battery systems; skilled in fault diagnosis and testing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
• Fluent English; German/French/Spanish is a plus.
