Your Role at Hostinger
As part of Hostinger’s Affiliate team you’ll play a critical role in affiliate acquisition and management for the new product Hostinger Horizons, an AI no‑code web app builder. You’ll fully own affiliate marketing activities and work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive expansion into new markets and product success.
Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Create and implement an affiliate acquisition strategy that targets audiences aligned with the product’s value and goals.
- Identify, prospect, and recruit new affiliate partners across various markets; track competitor activities and opportunities.
- Manage the full affiliate onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience: product updates, tracking issues, coupons, and overall communication.
- Be hands‑on with outreach campaigns.
- Negotiate partnership deals, commission structures, and incentives to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with affiliates.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creatives, promotions, CRO, and campaigns tailored to affiliates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate channels.
Your Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management.
- Product marketing experience is a significant advantage.
- Experience with OKR planning frameworks; you will own the planning and execution of affiliate acquisition campaigns.
- Proven track record of acquiring and scaling affiliate partners successfully.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Familiarity with marketing digital tools: Ahrefs, Similarweb, HubSpot, MixMax or similar; and affiliate platforms such as TUNE, CJ and similar.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
- Self‑starter with a growth‑oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks, platforms, and tracking tools (TUNE, Impact, Partnerize, CJ, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation
Gross salary from 2 400 EUR/month (dependent on experience).
