Medier is an innovative company in the online entertainment industry, working with a vast network of over 1,000 affiliate partners. To ensure smooth and efficient payment processes, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Affiliate Manager to join our Warsaw office.
- Experience: 2+ years as an Affiliate Manager, preferably in the gambling industry
- Experience and understanding of how to work with SEO traffic
- Experience with Asia markets
- Effective sales and negotiation skills
- Driven and results-oriented
- Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Ability to represent company and brands during exhibitions and all related events
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates to run SEO, CPA, RS, and hybrid campaigns
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and payouts
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI; report results to senior management
- Maintain timely invoicing and ensure accurate and on-time commission payments
- Communicate daily with partners, providing ongoing support and growing the affiliate networks
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and development teams to optimize affiliate acquisition efforts
- Represent the company at industry events and create content for affiliate newsletters and promotions
