Short Job Description
- Employment Type: B2B, Contract of Employment, Contract of Mandate
- Location: Hybrid – minimum 2 days a month in the office

About The Projects
- Distance learning product about:
- Airplanes (Diamond DA42, Airbus A320, Boeing 737)
- Theory (ATPL, PLL, N-VRF, MEP(L))
- General Aviation subjects (CRM, CWO, DG)
- Following EASA regulations and other global aviation standards such as ICAO, FAA, and IATA
- Developing in an agile environment – small, interdisciplinary, self‑organized teams
Responsibilities
- Develop training scenarios (e‑learning and m‑learning) for pilots based on technical aviation documentation and professional learning materials
- Follow team game plans and support goals (OKRs)
- Participate actively in Scrum rituals and other agile practices
- Focus on user needs, meet project deadlines, and estimate risk
- Maintain clear and transparent communication
- Research and implement innovative learning development approaches that boost user knowledge
Ideal Candidates
- Engineering degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or a pilots license
- Excellent English (C1) and ability to read technical documentation in English
- Logical thinking and creative problem‑solving skills
- Interest in new technologies and good software skills
- Availability of at least 30 hours a week
- Aviation enthusiast
