Job Description:

Your daily tasks will include:

1. Design architecture and develop large scale AEM implementations
2. Lead technical design sessions; create and document technical solutions that are aligned with business objectives
3. Participate in sales processes; create detailed development and price estimates
4. Develop project roadmaps and development plans
5. Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of AEM implementations
6. Lead and mentor a team of developers
7. Participate in active development and conduct code reviews of AEM implementations
8. Participate in recruitment processes
9. Work closely with a team of professional Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Front and Backend developers, Quality Assurance experts, and Business Analysts

The following will make you succeed in this role:

1. Commercial experience with Adobe Experience Manager with proven multiple large scale AEM implementations
2. Proficient in Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly with a strong understanding of Java frameworks such as Spring
3. Solid understanding of core web technologies (XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
4. Experience with RESTful services
5. Strong grasp of Day CQ/AEM foundational concepts (Apache Sling, Apache Felix) and AEM development and deployment processes.
6. Experience with Adobe Analytics and Commerce
7. Fluent English (at least B2 level)
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills

What else would be appreciated:

1. Adobe Experience Manager certificates
2. Fluent German
3. Experience in SCRUM or other Agile methodologies
4. Good organization, planning, teamwork skills, and a positive attitude would come in handy as well
