Your Role
Global Business Process Owner, Transportation Management
As Global Business Process Owner, Transportation Management, you will act as the global business process owner for transportation management processes. You will influence the development of IT tools, support rollout of processes and systems, and provide technical understanding to design and implement Elancos future transportation management business process.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the support and improvement of SCM Processes with a focus on Transportation Management, guiding and coaching Super Users at sites, hubs, and within GSC.
- Govern the definition and standardization of business requirements for Transportation Management processes within SAP S4 and coordinate implementation activities with external service providers.
- Define, implement, and proactively manage global best practices, acting as an internal process consultant for Transportation Management within the organization.
- Partner with Global Logistics to identify key business needs for Transportation Management, including connections to internal and external third‑party digitalization tools, and lead the analysis and rollout of the TM system to additional sites.
- Ensure sufficient business process documentation and training exists, leading the Super User and End User community, and establishing strong relationships and networking within the Elanco Supply Chain.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)
- University diploma in a technical discipline or economics (preferably supply chain management) or an MBA.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive responsibility in Supply Chain Management with an emphasis on intercompany processes, combining strong IT focus in project management as well as operational experience.
- Expert knowledge of SAP with a focus on Intercompany; strong analytic, conceptual, and technical skills; fluent in English, both spoken and written.

- Established relationships with key business partners in Elanco Supply Chain business.
- Understanding of current reporting structures and processes throughout the world.
