Advanced Quality Planner (m/f/d)
Note: The hiring location is 40-014, Katowice, Śląskie, Poland

- Planning and implementation of all quality assurance actions for new projects under consideration of customer requirements, process risks and economic aspects as part of the collaboration in project teams
- Identify and define quality characteristics for raw material, purchased parts, extrudates and finished goods on the basis of drawings, Specifications / Lastenheft and Customer requirements
- Definition of control characteristics which are dependent and important for function/process risk
- Managing product and component testing in various milestones of the project
- Performance and coordination of internal audits according to VDA 6.3 (internal Run@Rate, Product-Process audit)
- Coordination/creation of all documents to reach customer product approval in the required time schedule
- Customer B2B care (Quality milestones in development phase, RGA, Formel Q…)
- Claims management and coordination in project and ramp-up phases
- Quality technical support and evaluation of product trials
- Quality management for project-relevant issues, drawings of purchased parts (clips, carrier, etc.)
- Customer contact person for quality during project development phases
- Readiness for business trips and medium-term stays (USA/Asia/Europe)
- Quality contact person and coordinator for the customer in coordination with the production plants
- Experience with university-level education (University of Applied Sciences / university degree)
- 3 years of professional experience
- English as a foreign language; others desirable
- Additional function-related further training in QM (APQP/VDA; optional IATF)
- Extensive professional experience in quality management within the automotive supply industry
- Experience in the rubber industry desirable
- Independent high-quality work
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication and argumentation skills
- Willingness to work abroad for medium-term periods
