Responsibilities
- Fulfilling the quality related deliverables in accordance to PLUS (Adient Product/Launch system) (i.e. Critical and Special Characteristics CC SC workshop, PPAP, VDA 6.3 preparation)
- Coordinate and lead quality relevant activities in the program.
- Plan, organize and drive the team to implement preventive actions in projects.
- Drive customer specific APQP process and customer reporting.
- Drive Lessons Learned / BBP to exceed customer and Adient requirements.
- Manage customer for Quality topics and synchronize (or align) with all SDT members.
- Participate in workgroups (e.g. SDT, FMEA, DFM, etc.) to ensure the quality input.
- Support the program launch for any quality concerns latest for SOP + 90 calendar days.
- Responsible for the problem solving process during program execution before SOP and SOP +90.
- Promote quality tools (8D, PSD, KT) inside the SDT
- Interface to SAQE and AQ-Process
- Prepare quality section of SSOW.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering
- Professional background in Manufacturing and/or Quality and/or Engineering
- Knowledge on standards for Quality Management Systems (QMS): e.g. ISO TS 16949, VDA / AIAG
- Application of QMS tools and techniques: APQP, FMEA, Inspection planning, SPC
- Min 5 years relevant working experience on quality related activities in a development and/or production environment
- Experience with OEM’s, and/or supplier
- English and German – fluent written and spoken
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Sense of innovation and leadership
- Driving license and mobility – business travels required
