The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Advanced Process Engineer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading teams locally and internationally to achieve goals in technology and processes development

  • Implementing optimizations for improving processes within area of responsibility

  • Determinating bottlenecks and limitations for improving production capability

  • Supports multifunctional teams with qualification, investment and sourcing projects implementation

  • Implementing system solutions for streamlining production processes

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Chemical and Process Engineering, Management and Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics and Process Automation)

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 2+ years of experience optimizing processes (coating and converting processes would be the most preferred)

  • Knowledge of conducting process and product qualifications

  • Advanced English (oral and written)

  • Machines and devices technical knowledge

  • Demonstrated problem solving, aptitude and analytical skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master’s degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from an accredited institution

  • Demonstrated working knowledge with various optimization methodologies and tools

  • Knowledge of technical investments implementation process

  • MiniTab, Microsoft Excel expertise

  • Power BI, BMS, SCADA/Historian knowledge is a plus

  • Skills include excellent written and oral communication

  • Onsite Kwidzynska 6 51-416 Wrocław

Travel: May include up to 1% (domestic/international)
