We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our international Total Rewards team in the role of Advanced Expert Group Total Rewards.

This position offers the opportunity to actively shape compensation and benefits strategies on both national and international levels while collaborating closely with colleagues across the Group.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting line to the Head of Group Total Rewards based in Germany.
  • Regular monitoring of market trends and competitive practices in the area of Total Rewards to provide recommendations for internal compensation structure adjustments.
  • Responsible for the planning, execution, and analysis of annual national and international salary and benefits market surveys (e.g., Mercer, Hay/Korn Ferry).
  • Analyze, administer, and optimize the entire benefits portfolio (e.g., retirement plans, health insurance, supplemental benefits) to ensure attractiveness and cost efficiency.
  • Actively support the further development of the company-wide Job Architecture, ensuring consistent application, operational support, system maintenance, and effective training and consulting for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the management and execution of the annual Pay-for-Performance and merit increase cycles.
  • Conduct job evaluations (Job Grading) using the company’s established methodology (e.g., Mercer, Hay, Korn Ferry) to determine the relative value of positions and ensure internal equity.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Psychology, Finance, or a comparable field – with a focus on HR or Finance.
  • Several years of solid professional experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, ideally within an international environment.
  • Expertise in common job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Korn Ferry, Towers Watson).
  • Proven experience in managing salary benchmarking projects.
