Job Overview

As an Advanced Engineer on the Engineering Operations team, you will improve and maintain the Product Development infrastructure, tools, and scripts that house and build our core products. The role is performed under the direct mentorship of Senior Software Engineers.

We work with Azure and Cloud technologies to support a global network that organizes and transmits data in a fast‑growing environment. Join us to help build and maintain this infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop the scripts and tools required to provision, configure, and monitor Azure infrastructure and its applications.
• Troubleshoot environments as problems arise, test fixes, and perform follow‑ups to ensure problems are adequately resolved.
• Identify, document, automate, and engineer processes for repeated tasks.
• Document code additions, test procedures, and project results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (must‑have).
• Preferred coding experience in Go; alternatively PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with infrastructure and distributed systems in a cloud environment (Azure).
• Experience with GitHub Actions.
• Experience with source control management tools (Git).

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with software engineering best practices: unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of software development of commercial‑grade systems and applications.

Salary

Eligible for total compensation, including a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives.

Expected salary range: 146,000 – 218,000 PLN.
