We have an opportunity for an Advanced Cloud Developer to join us at Honeywell in Gdansk, PL. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.
You will drive the development of software that meets the needs of customers by refining/reviewing requirements, architecting and designing a software solution, planning and estimating development work, implementing the software solution, assisting with or writing test plans and documentation, and maintaining the solution.
responsibilities :
Designing and implementing modules and layers of an enterprise-grade software system
Providing feasibility studies and high level estimations of engineering effort required to complete a project
Assisting and mentoring development engineers in enhancing solutions with cloud capabilities, QA engineers in designing and carrying-out tests
Analyzing and troubleshooting software problems reported by internal QA team or external customers
Participating in the full life cycle of development from specification and design through implementation, testing and support
requirements-expected :
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role
Proficiency in designing and developing .NET/Cloud systems
Strong experience in working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Strong experience in containerization and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, Buildah)
Experience in working with relational databases (MS SQL Server)
Experience in Cloud Migration desired, DevOps, Microservices
Strong understanding of software systems development and system architecture principles
