Job Description

Since 1987, Stefanini has been providing offshore, onshore and near-shore IT services, including application development, IT infrastructure outsourcing (helpdesk support and desktop services), systems integration, consulting and strategic staffing to enterprises around the world.
We are experiencing continuous service growth and are seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as Adoption & Communication Specialist in a hybrid support model for one of our clients in Krakow. This role involves a commitment to working in the office at least one day each week, with the potential for increased in-office participation during critical project phases.
Scope
We are transitioning into a digital landscape where creativity plays a vital role in advancing a brand, even within the IT sector. We seek an energetic and creative individual to develop and manage communication assets for the IT team. This includes facilitating internal communication within the platform and supporting all IT Product Owners in their end-user communications. Additionally, this person will be responsible for conducting various training sessions.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Workplace End User Engagement Manager and IT Product Owners in preparing communication materials about IT projects, products, and achievements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to gather essential information for developing communication materials and training resources aimed at end-users.
- Contribute to employee engagement by identifying and understanding the employees needs and challenges around using new technology tools brought by the project.
- Drive understanding & fast adoption of IT products by creating the appropriate content (communication and trainings) that will resonate with employees.
- Engage with IT Global Communications team and functional Communication team to ensure content produced is coherent and matches the tone of voice of PMI IT.
- Manage and enhance the DW&C social platforms and intranet pages through rebranding, content cleanup, and reorganization, while consistently creating fresh and engaging content to captivate employees.
- Implement a visual identity of the IT projects & products such as guidelines, banners, infographics and templates to ensure that this visual identity is consistently applied across all IT communications.
- Prepare and support training sessions and webcasts (both internal within IT and for end users).
- Support the team in identifying additional communication requirements by proactively collecting and sharing feedback from stakeholders (both IT and business).
- Collaborate closely with the DW&C team in Krakow to ensure the seamless execution of projects and the timely launch of campaigns in the market.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of solid experience in a similar position with focus on internal communication and end user communication.
- Experience in creating and managing content on internal communication platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
- Expertise with Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint Online, Viva Engage, Outlook, MS Teams), or alternatively ability to quickly learn and be at ease with new digital tools.
- Ability to conduct user training sessions as needed.
- Familiarity with Photoshop or other design platforms (Adobe Suite) for creating communication visuals is a plus.
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic, everchanging environment, managing a variety of non-linear tasks and delivering results within deadlines.
- Creative and out of the box thinker.

- Dynamic and agile, adapting quickly to new situations and challenges.
