Responsibilities
- Create change and support materials such as: one-pagers, reports, manuals, product guides, presentations, animations and videos, mailings and promotional materials.
- Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies that minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement and adoption of Microsoft technology tools and services (like Copilot for Microsoft 365).
- Design and deliver effective communication plans to inform and engage users, stakeholders, and the broader enterprise audience about the purpose, benefits, and impacts of the change initiatives.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, addressing their concerns and expectations while providing regular updates and feedback loops.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the changes.
- Track the progress and effectiveness of change management activities, collecting feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Work closely with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate change management activities with project plan

Qualifications
- We are looking forward to your successfully completed technical/business studies.
- Team-oriented person with a collaborative approach to working with various customers and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles , methodologies , and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include experience with developing and delivering presentations, editing, and proofreading .
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and address the concerns and motivations of diverse stakeholders.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci , ACMP) is highly desirable. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, AgilePM) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies , or a strong willingness to learn and understand these technologies.
- Proficiency in preparing digital graphic materials will be an asset .
- Good communication skills in English ,
- Knowledge of German, minimum at B2 level is a must.
- Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter
