About the Role
A dynamic international environment is seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Application Consultant to support large‑scale, multi‑channel marketing operations across numerous European markets. The role operates within a newly established Customer Data Management Operations structure, working closely with experienced specialists to build, configure, test, and launch marketing campaigns using the Adobe Campaign platform.
This position requires a proactive mindset, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across different countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Adobe Campaign to reflect business and customer requirements, including database updates, application adjustments, and creation of custom reporting formats.
- Build, optimize, and maintain advanced campaign and technical workflows in accordance with industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with campaign managers, operations specialists, and other stakeholders, providing expert guidance on Adobe Campaign capabilities and alternative solutions.
- Communicate expected task timelines once requests are assigned.
- Work efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery timelines are consistently met.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all key liaisons involved in the marketing and project ecosystem.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Proactive, independent, and responsible approach to work.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Campaign (both platform configuration and marketing campaign setup).
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, workflow design, and performance optimization for high‑volume datasets.
- Practical experience with XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, precision, and actionable information.

- Experience or strong familiarity with the consumer electronics industry.
- Background working with large international brands.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
- Experience in global or European multi‑market environments.
- Skills in issue resolution, troubleshooting, and escalation processes.
