We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join our ServiceNow Competency Center, where we focus on managing and optimizing the platform for various clients. You will be responsible for handling incidents, making minor configurations, and collaborating with the development team to ensure the platform functions smoothly and meets business needs.

Your tasks

• Monitoring and resolving incidents and tickets in the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to SLAs
• Performing minor configuration changes and system improvements to enhance functionality
• Analyzing user-reported issues and escalating trends to the development team for improvements
• Collaborating with IT and development teams to prioritize platform changes and updates
• Providing support and training to users, promoting efficiency and system knowledge
• Drafting and maintaining knowledge base articles to reduce incident volume

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting the ServiceNow platform with a solid understanding of ITSM processes
• Proven experience managing incidents and performing system configurations within ServiceNow
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in managing incidents in line with SLAs and driving platform improvements
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification is required
