Social network you want to login/join with:

1. Diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems of operating systems and servers.
2. Maintenance of devices and implementation of technical security of the IT system.
3. Ongoing support for end users and configuration of workstations.
4. Data integration and migration.
5. Building relationships with B2B clients.
6. Keeping order documentation in the ERP system.
7. Maintaining a register of client resources in the ERP system.
8. Creating technical documentation and reporting.
9. Technical support (presales) for the sales department.
10. Technical support for Service/HelpDesk.
11. Stationary work from office hybrid 1 day a week after exhausting OPZ. In subsequent years, up to 2 days a week.

Job requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
2. Good knowledge of network and server equipment (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
3. Very good knowledge of Windows Server and server roles, installation and configuration (AD, DHCP, DNS, RDS, FS, Hyper-V).
4. Very good knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 10/11) and basic Microsoft 365.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services administration (ENTRA ID, Exchange, MS Teams, SharePoint, INTUNE).
6. Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, WIFI, VPN networks.
7. Ability to configure router/UTM for work (system configuration, NAT, Firewall, VPN, DHCP).
8. Knowledge of backup systems (wbadmin, Veeam).
9. Possession or willingness to obtain technical certifications (MCSA, MS-100, MS-101, MS-500).
10. Knowledge of English language (minimum B1).
11. Driving license category B supported by experience.
