• Facilitate smooth communication with clients, suppliers, and service companies.
• Offer advice on selecting the right hardware and software.
• Handle software license management and data backups.
• Set up workstations and system access permissions.
• Deliver IT services directly at client sites.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of system components and their performance impact.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related fields) / or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft solutions (M365, AD, Azure), Linux systems, and cloud solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good english language skills (min. B1).
• Polish language fluency is a must :)
• Drivers license category B (on-site visits).
