responsibilities :
Manage full lifecycle identity processes, including provisioning, recertification, and access reviews.
Build, configure, and maintain connectors and integrations with systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SaaS applications, and HR systems.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve IAM system issues, supporting system upgrades and automation initiatives.
Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with security policies, access controls, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IAM projects involving multiple applications and phases.
Maintain and optimize One Identity Manager configuration, including Designer, Job Service, Synchronization Editor, RBAC, SoD, and more.
Support system documentation and provide user support and training as needed.
requirements-expected :
3–5+ years of proven experience with IAM/IGA, specifically with One Identity Manager in a production environment.
Deep knowledge of One Identity Manager configuration tools and features.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, indexing, backup/restore).
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for integrations and automation.
Understanding of IAM architecture, provisioning, lifecycle management, and reconciliation.
Familiarity with Active Directory/Azure AD, LDAP, SaaS applications (SCIM, Starling Connect), and HR system integrations.
Knowledge of REST API, Graph API, and basic .NET fundamentals.
Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and support system upgrades.
