Your tasks

• processing of various individual commercial processes internationally (e.g. entry of warranty extension orders, serviceand maintenance contracts) and order tracking,
• order processing for warranty extensions,
• creation of service and maintenance contracts, commissioning and equipment maintenance,
• cooperation and support for internal interfaces as well as support for our customers and branches with regard towarranty extensions and key user tasks,
• collaboration in Warranty Program Support for current cases from the field and across departments for the registration process.
