We are thrilled to be hiring for Our Client, a major international company that is dynamically growing its team right here in Kraków. We are looking for an organized, customer-focused person to join Order Management department.

This isnt just any customer service job. Our Client needs an expert to ensure their German-speaking clients have a smooth and positive experience with their contracts, warranties, and services. If you have some first experience in customer support or managing orders and are ready to build a career with a stable, global company, I want to talk to you!

What we expect

  • excellent German (at least B2) – this is the most important part of the role!
  • good English & Polish (min. B1) for internal communication
  • a "can-do," customer-first attitude—youre a great communicator and a true team player
  • youre organized, independent, and love to get things done right
  • familiarity with SAP (dont worry, they will teach you everything you need to know!)
  • a bachelors degree in business, logistics, or a related field and first corporate experience (in logistics, order management, administration, customer service etc) will be a plus.

Your tasks

  • youll be the main point of contact for the companys German-speaking customers and internal teams.
  • you will manage the full lifecycle of service contracts and warranty extensions—from creating them in the system to tracking their progress.
  • youll solve problems and answer questions for their customers and local branches about their services.
  • you will work closely with other departments (like Sales and Accounting) to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • youll be responsible for keeping their systems (like SAP) up-to-date with all contract and warranty information.
