You’ll join an application support team operating within the insurance industry. The scope of work includes supporting IT systems, monitoring processes, cooperating with business and technical teams, and ensuring 24/7 availability of key systems. This is a long-term project delivered in a hybrid model (2–3 days/week onsite) from Warsaw, Poznań, or Lublin.
responsibilities :
Maintenance and support of IT systems
Supporting other departments in operational processes
Updating and developing technical documentation
Monitoring production processes (availability, functionality, performance)
Providing 24/7 application support
Collaborating with business, dev teams, testers, and Release Managers
requirements-expected :
Min. 2 years of experience in application environment administration
Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Server
Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, Microsoft)
Scripting skills: sh, ksh, bash
Knowledge of at least one application server: IIS, Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss
Ability to write procedures and technical documentation
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo)
Understanding of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Kibana, Grafana
Good command of English ( min. B1)
