• Administration and support of the following e-learning platforms: Moodle, Totara and Moodle Workplace
• Preparing tutorials for end users and updating internal technical documentation.
• Identify and report any issues or bugs using our ticketing system and PM tool.
• Assist users in understanding the platform by conducting training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Provide guidance on best practices and efficient use of Moodle and related tools.
• Participation in development projects, building new tools and improvements
• Explore integrations with other tools (such as third-party plugins, video conferencing, analytics, or student information systems) to enhance the e-learning experience.

• Knowledge of the Moodle or Totara Learning Management System
• Working proficiency of the English language enabling written and verbal communication
• Minimum one year of work experience in a similar position
