Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. MN RAN RD L2 WRO is looking for open-minded and passionate candidates willing to join our department in Wroclaw. You will act as a team member supporting department's office activities.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Providing administrative support to the teams
• Organizing business meetings
• Providing sufficient equipment for newcomers
• Ordering the office supplies in the required quantities
• Taking care of the inventory list of the department assets
• Responsibility for small projects, e.g. team-building events
• Participate in company-wide/and local business administrative tasks/activities
• Preparation of materials and presentations for meetings and events
• Coordinating and maintaining team websites and other communication forums
• Arranging accommodation and organizing business travel and similar business-related events / supporting the expenses process
• Other ad hoc tasks depending on the current needs of the company 

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

• Active status student for at least 1year
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Availability to work in the office in Wroclaw (or hybrid)
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
• Professionalism, responsibility, and commitment to work 
• Problem-solving skills 
• Initiative and willingness to constantly learn and develop

Experience in working in a similar position will be an additional asset
