Providing administrative assistance to senior Global Banking and Advisory leadership in Paris and worldwide
End-to-end travel coordination for our European teams, including booking transport and managing visa applications
Expense management, ensuring the accurate recording and reimbursement of business costs in line with group policy
Digital organization, including managing team access to shared directories and secure folders
Event planning, where you will coordinate and organize professional events for our clients
Team collaboration, working closely with other assistants to ensure seamless service and holiday coverage
Wymagania
You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with tools like SAP Concur or Ariba
You are fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage
You demonstrate autonomy and proactive attitude, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
You are discreet, diplomatic and maintain strict confidentiality
You apply organizational policies and procedures with integrity, even under pressure
You enjoy working collaboratively and are ready to master internal databases and specialized IT tools
You are available to adjust your schedule within the teams working window (8:00AM – 8:00PM) based on specific business needs
