Currently for one of our clients – a global leader in energy technology, which is located in 90 countries and operates across the whole energy landscape: from conventional to renewable power, from grid technology to storage to electrifying complex industrial processes – we are looking for Administrative Assistant (m/f).Essential Functions:
- preparing and organizing meeting agendas, minutes, along with following-up action items,
- collaborating with engineering teams to gather updates and report on project statuses,
- facilitating communication and collaboration among team members and departments,
- assisting in organizing team events, workshops, and training sessions,
- purchasing orders requisition,
- ordering office supplies,
- taking care of time tracking and absence management,
- accounting for travel times.
Education and Experience Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred,
- English level C1,
- proven experience in a similar administrative role,
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software,
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
- excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality,
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently,
- experience in a technical or engineering environment is a plus.
