Opis stanowiska:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in Operational Management Division to support the Situational Assessment and Crisis Management Sector with administrative and organizational tasks for our client, a leading European institution focused on border security and crisis management, operating in a dynamic, international environment.

Zadania:

Create advanced multimedia presentations using MS Office tools

Prepare reports and statistical data (tables, graphs, charts)

Collaborate with internal teams to gather information

Assist in developing promotional materials and ensuring consistency of communication

Organize online and physical meetings, draft minutes as needed

Support the Head of Sector and team members with administrative procedures

Wymagania:

Completed secondary education

Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience

Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Very good command of English (minimum B2); knowledge of another EU language is an asset

Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure

Creativity in visual storytelling and familiarity with design trends

Ability to work independently and in a team

Oferujemy:

Type of contract: Civil law contract (umowa-zlecenia)

Duration: 12.11.2025 – 23.12.2025 (with possible extension)

Daily rate: 71.82 EUR net
