What we offer

Your tasks

  • efficiently manage and coordinate the calendars of three Senior Directors or Directors;
  • monitor and follow up on action items from staff meetings to ensure timely execution;
  • oversee a high volume of incoming communications, including email management and redirection, while maintaining strict confidentiality;
  • organize and facilitate meetings and special events, including in-person gatherings;
  • handle complex travel logistics, including visa processing;
  • submit and track expense reports in accordance with Cisco policies;
  • prepare essential documents and briefings for leadership review;
  • develop and refine PowerPoint presentations as required
