Manage complex diaries and schedules for multiple Managing Directors across time zones.
Coordinate international meetings, conference calls, and video conferences.
Handle high volumes of emails and ensure clear, timely communication.
Arrange global travel, including visas, flights, accommodation, and transport.
Prepare and process expenses and invoices in line with company policies.
Oversee general office administration, including room bookings and attendance records.
Provide coverage and daily support to colleagues, ensuring smooth workflow.
Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
