Your responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team that supports the business and offers suggestions to improve processes.
- Providing internal multi-functional support.
- Contacting clients regarding orders, invoices, payments, shipments, and deliveries.
- Preparation of e-documents.
Employer requirements:
- Knowledge of one of the Scandinavian languages like Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish at least at B1 level.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Very good organizational skills.
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Administration Specialist, Order Management Specialist, Logistics Specialist, Procurement Specialist, or Purchasing Specialist is very welcomed.
