Your responsibilities:

• Working as part of a team that supports the business and offers suggestions to improve processes
• Providing internal multi-functional support
• Contacting clients regarding orders, invoices, payments, shipments, and deliveries
• Preparation of e-documents

Employer requirements:

• Proficient speaker of one of the following languages: Hungarian, German, Dutch, Romanian, French, Czech, Slovak, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good organizational skills
• Previous experience as Customer Service Specialist, Administration Specialist, Order Management Specialist, Logistics Specialist, Procurement Specialist, or Purchasing Specialist is highly welcomed
