Your responsibilities:

  • Working as part of a team who support the business and offer suggestions to improve the processes
  • Providing internal multi-functional support
  • Contact with clients regarding orders, invoices, payments, shipments, deliveries
  • Preparation of e-documents

Employer requirements:

  • Proficient in one of the following languages: Hungarian, German, Dutch, Romanian, French, Czech, Slovak, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Previous experience as Customer Service Specialist, Administration Specialist, Order Management Specialist, Logistics Specialist, Procurement Specialist, or Purchasing Specialist is very welcomed
