Job Description:
Your responsibilities:
Working as part of a team who support the business and offer suggestions to improve the processes
Providing internal multi-functional support
Contact with clients regarding orders, invoices, payments, shipments, deliveries
Preparation of e-documents
Employer requirements:
Proficient in one of the following languages: Hungarian, German, Dutch, Romanian, French, Czech, Slovak, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Very good organizational skills
Previous experience as Customer Service Specialist, Administration Specialist, Order Management Specialist, Logistics Specialist, Procurement Specialist, or Purchasing Specialist is very welcomed
