Lead the administration of social security benefits, including retirement, disability, and healthcare programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Develop and update internal social security policies and procedures in line with regulatory and organizational changes.
Identify and implement global process improvements, collaborating with clients and internal teams.
Coordinate social security services across the client portfolio, ensuring accurate compliance and providing technical support.
Partner with external providers and government agencies to manage applications, certificates, and issue resolution.
Oversee submission and tracking of social security applications, verifying data accuracy and certificate validity.
Prepare reports and dashboards for clients and stakeholders, highlighting compliance status and improvement opportunities.
Support network offices, assignees, and clients with social security inquiries.
Develop and deliver internal training and technical guides for social security teams.
Qualification
Fluent knowledge of German and English
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proven organizational and case management skills
Quick learner and strong collaborative approach to working
Team player but able to work under own initiative
