As a Specialist you will:

  • Lead the administration of social security benefits, including retirement, disability, and healthcare programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Develop and update internal social security policies and procedures in line with regulatory and organizational changes.
  • Identify and implement global process improvements, collaborating with clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate social security services across the client portfolio, ensuring accurate compliance and providing technical support.
  • Partner with external providers and government agencies to manage applications, certificates, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee submission and tracking of social security applications, verifying data accuracy and certificate validity.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for clients and stakeholders, highlighting compliance status and improvement opportunities.
  • Support network offices, assignees, and clients with social security inquiries.
  • Develop and deliver internal training and technical guides for social security teams.

Qualification

  • Fluent knowledge of German and English
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven organizational and case management skills
  • Quick learner and strong collaborative approach to working
  • Team player but able to work under own initiative
