Administration Specialist

Your responsibilities

1. Preparing contracts based on confirmations from field representatives,
2. Preparation of documents and contract forms,
3. Contract flow control,
4. Supporting other departments (trade, controlling logistics) in the area of reporting and communication management,
5. Verification/reduction of payment delays,
6. Verification of established credit limits or applications/reduction of exceeded credit limits,
7. Control of sustainable development documentation/Regenerative Agriculture.

Your profile

1. Higher education (nice to have),
2. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the administrative area,
3. Very good work organization, time management and attention to detail,
4. Average/Conversational English in speech and writing,
5. Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel,
6. Good communication skills and assertiveness.
