Position

We’re currently looking for a candidate for our client in the Logistics industry.

Salary offered

up to 50PLN/hour on B2B basis, Or up to 6300 Gross/month on an employment contract (Umowa o pracę)

You will be successful in this role if:

• You have very strong English skills (minimum B2+, fluent in both written and spoken communication).
• You are proficient in MS Excel and experienced with PowerQuery (data transformations, queries, automation).
• You are comfortable working with MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and reporting tools like PowerBI.
• You have experience updating and maintaining templates, processes, methods, standards, and SOPs.
• You can ensure high data quality across multiple sources and have experience administering internal tools or implementation platforms.
• You work effectively within established procedures, policies, and implementation methodologies.
• You have hands‑on experience supporting implementation or project execution and preparing reports for various stakeholders.
• You bring previous experience in a similar operational/analytical role.
• You are detail-oriented, well‑organized, and able to work independently and on time.

Tasks waiting for you:

• Updating and managing templates, processes, methods, standards, and SOPs used across the organization.
• Administering and maintaining high-quality data for client’s Central sites and the implementation tool across various data sources.
• Ensuring that all implementations follow proper policies, procedures, and methodology.
• Supporting day‑to‑day execution of implementations to ensure smooth delivery.
• Preparing dedicated implementation reports for internal and external stakeholders.
