Position
We’re currently looking for a candidate for our client in the Logistics industry.
Salary offered
up to 50PLN/hour on B2B basis, Or up to 6300 Gross/month on an employment contract (Umowa o pracę)
You will be successful in this role if:
- You have very strong English skills (minimum B2+, fluent in both written and spoken communication).
- You are proficient in MS Excel and experienced with PowerQuery (data transformations, queries, automation).
- You are comfortable working with MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and reporting tools like PowerBI.
- You have experience updating and maintaining templates, processes, methods, standards, and SOPs.
- You can ensure high data quality across multiple sources and have experience administering internal tools or implementation platforms.
- You work effectively within established procedures, policies, and implementation methodologies.
- You have hands‑on experience supporting implementation or project execution and preparing reports for various stakeholders.
- You bring previous experience in a similar operational/analytical role.
- You are detail-oriented, well‑organized, and able to work independently and on time.

Tasks waiting for you:
- Updating and managing templates, processes, methods, standards, and SOPs used across the organization.
- Administering and maintaining high-quality data for client’s Central sites and the implementation tool across various data sources.
- Ensuring that all implementations follow proper policies, procedures, and methodology.
- Supporting day‑to‑day execution of implementations to ensure smooth delivery.
- Preparing dedicated implementation reports for internal and external stakeholders.
