Overview
The primary purpose of the role is to manage and drive key projects that transform administrative and office management processes across our offices in Poland and the CEE5 region. This role supports senior leadership by providing project expertise and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, delivering a modern, effective work environment that aligns with our cultural transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategic projects identified and prioritized in the People & Culture area.
- Prepare tools and processes related to efficient project management.
- Manage project teams to achieve optimal results within time constraints.
- Propose KPIs and a success matrix for projects.
- Manage change, implement and communicate project calendars to identified stakeholders.
- Cooperate with stakeholders to translate projects into processes.
- Review outcomes after project implementation.
- Propose actions related to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects, including system implementation (HRIS) projects.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of initiatives.
- Experience in process mapping, process optimization, and process engineering.
- Strong execution capability: independent, able to prioritize, create solutions, devise action plans, negotiate for resources, and drive collaboration with stakeholders to meet commitments through structured processes.
- Highly flexible and agile in a fast-paced, changing environment; able to be strategic and tactical when needed.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary, international teams.
- Experience creating and/or using project management tools and working in different project methodologies.
- Confident and clear communicator in English and Polish (written and spoken).
