A person employed as an adjunct (post-doc) for a fixed period up to 33 Months at the Department of Applied Spectroscopy – NZ53 at IFJ PAN will be obliged to participate in work on research topics and projects implemented and planned for the nearest period at the NZ53 Department.

Candidates applying for employment in IFJ PAN are required to contact the head of the NZ53 Department, dr hab. Joanna Czapla-Masztafiak ( ) at an early stage, who may ask the candidate to deliver a seminar before submitting the application. The Head of the Department submits employment recommendation to the Competition Committee.
The Director reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage without giving any reason.

A person employed at the position of Assistant Professor with a PhD degree will receive a monthly basic salary of PLN 7,000 gross , and with a postdoctoral degree of PLN 7,800 gross . The total amount of remuneration is influenced by additional components , such as: length of service and allowance for working under conditions of exposure to ionizing radiation (if applicable).
