about-project :
In this role, you will support additive technology maturation and coordinate assigned parts of NTI (New Technology Introduction) additive projects. You will be responsible for preparing and conducting thermal and thermomechanical simulations of existing additive components. You will be responsible for developing new methodologies of thermomechanical process simulations in collaboration with international team (daily).
responsibilities :
Execute assigned technology maturation and development projects
Perform required and assigned additive process simulations
Post process simulation results according to the requirements
Create components preliminary CAD models for simulations purposes
Develop simulations and experimental results databases
Participate as a presenter in technical and project reviews
Assure proper technical documentation and data handling according to company polices
Support cooperation with external project partners
requirements-expected :
Engineering degree in mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering from an accredited University
Good understanding of theory of elasticity and plasticity
Good understanding of material engineering
Deep understanding of thermal engineering
Additive manufacturing process knowledge (especially in area of Laser Powder Bed Fusion)
Experience in Ansys Workbench and Ansys APDL
Experience in HyperWorks/HyperMesh
Experience in working with Matlab/Python
Knowledge of key aeronautical engines layout, architecture, and mechanical systems arrangements
Fluency in English language, both written and oral (C1)
Ability and confidence in working in international team
